Swim set in honor of Paul: (thanks, Karen K.G.)

1000 yards by doing the following four times (and set intervals accordingly):
P - Pull for 75 yds
A - Alternate breathe (every 3 or 5) for 75 yds
U - Underwater for 25 yds
L - Length (i.e. distance per stroke) for 25 yds
F - Fast for 50 yds
     PF stopwatches

To best honor Paul, I suggest: 1) increasing the distances for a "meatier" set, 2) incorporating kicking (e.g. Fast kick), 3) incorporating butterfly by doing Fast Fly, or you could, of course, do the entire set butterfly.
